  Dr. Ehouarn MILLOUR is a CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) senior research engineer. He works in the planetary atmospheres team at LMD (Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique - Laboratory of Meteorology Dynamics) in Paris where are developed Global Climate Models applied to various planetary and exo-planetary atmospheres.

  Over the last decades we have developed an advanced Global Climate Model of Mars, the Mars Planetary Climate Model (Mars PCM), able to simulates all the details of the atmospheric environment of the planet, from its surface up to its exobase (~250km). This requires an accurate representation of the three main Martian cycles: dust, CO2 and water, which will be details in the presentation. Based on the outputs of the Mars PCM we also produce the Mars Climate Database, a useful tool for both engineering and scientific studies. Some engineering applications and comparisons with past and ongoing missions will be given.
