杨其全，同济大学博士后。2021年7月博士毕业于武汉大学遥感信息工程学院，之后进入同济大学测绘与地理信息学院从事博士后研究工作。入选上海市“超级博士后”激励计划（2021年）、“澳门青年学者计划”（2022年）。主持国家自然基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目和面上资助项目。

主要从事热红外遥感机理与应用研究，涉及地表热环境遥感建模、月表水冰红外遥感探测、遥感数据时空分析与处理等内容。以第一作者在Science Bulletin, ERL、STOEN等期刊发表SCI论文6篇，他引300余次。获评“李小文遥感科学青年奖”（2021年）、“高校GIS论坛优秀博士学位论文”（2021年）、“王之卓创新人才特等奖”（2020年）、“武汉大学十大遥感新星（提名）（2020年）、“武汉大学中国研究生创新实践大赛先进个人”（2019年）等。
